Shipping Policies
Tickets set up for mail delivery should arrive within 5 business days of the completion of the purchase process. Please note that tickets will be mailed to the mailing address on the account set up to purchase the tickets. An incorrect billing address or credit card account information can delay processing and delivery. When possible, tickets lost in the mail will be set up for Will Call pick up only; they cannot be re-mailed. Please contact us if you have not received your tickets within the time frame posted above.
