All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges unless a show has been cancelled or rescheduled. In the case of an event cancellation, Craig Nedrow Ministries shall use reasonable efforts to ensure you receive a prompt refund of the face value of your purchase. In the case of an event cancellation, please contact us for information regarding receiving your refund. If an event is modified, moved or rescheduled, the Seller reserves the right to set refund limitations. When a refund is available, it will be processed back to the card used to purchase the tickets only. Please contact us for more information.
